模糊环境的表示及机器人轨迹规划

本文利用模糊集理论，提出一种非确定环境的描述方法，并且针对机器人在该类环境中的避障轨迹规划，建立了相应的决策函数和规划策略，最后，给出在ＰＣ－３８６计算机上的仿真试验结果。

Turbulence represents an essential aspect in atmospheric and oceanic circulations.In particu-lar,it is a preponderant factor in the dispersion of pollutants of artificial or natural origin.Thevertical turbulent jets,plumes and buoyant jets discharging into static environment is one of themost important and basic flow patterns related with the environment pollution.These flows havenumerous important applications,for example,thrust augmentors,waste disposal plumes fromstacks and combustion systems,and significant problems of turbulent diffusion.     

温和条件下碳氢单键直接官能团化的新方法

介绍了近年来国内外在温和条件下碳氢单键直接官能团化反应的最新进展。官能团化反应的特点是，在常温常压和紫外光促进下，用过渡金属配合物催化碳氢单链活化，使烷烃、芳烃等烃类的碳氢单键直接官能团化，从而达到直接利用各种烷烃及芳烃作为化工原料合成有机化工产品的目的。通过紫外光催化可以使反应在常温常压下进行，能克服传统工艺能耗高、选择性差的缺陷。经不断深入研究，该反应可望在２１世纪成为环境友好的有机合成工艺。

The authors highlight several possible ways in which the construction industry could lower present emissions of the greenhouse gas, carbon dioxide. It is an excellent discussion document and is recommended reading.     

Effectiveness of spatial representation in the formation of network communities: experimental study on community organizer

In this paper, we present and discuss Community Organizer, a system designed to support network communities. The main characteristic of Community Organizer is the use of spatial representations for the relationships among community members including the communications exchanged among these members. These spatial representations reflect the degree of closeness of interests and concerns among the members, and are intended to provide users with clues on how to form network communities. In order to investigate the effectiveness of the proposed spatial representations, we conducted experiments with two different versions of the software. One version offered meaningful spatial representations while the other version did not. The subjects who used the former software version felt a greater sense of ‘community’, enjoyed using the software more, and actively used it longer than the subjects using the latter software version (control condition). These results indicated that the proposed spatial representations are effective in supporting network community formation.

Community OR — Five Years of Organised Activities and Beyond

What has become known as Community Operational Research has been around in the UK for many years. The election of Jonathan Rosenhead as President of the UK OR Society in 1986–87 was the catalyst for bringing together and expanding activities which had been carried out largely by individuals working in isolation on a voluntary basis. The following five years have seen the establishment of the Community OR Unit at Northern College, the Centre for Community OR at Hull University and the Community OR Network, which supports the activities of volunteer OR workers across the UK. This paper reviews the range and types of work which have been undertaken by various practitioners. An assessment of the success of community OR is made and a number of issues which have arisen are discussed. Finally, given the diverse nature of community OR, its practice and practitioners, there is some discussion about the future of the area.     

Boys and violence: A gender-informed analysis.

This article discusses the phenomenon of youth violence from a psychology of gender perspective. Although other factors are discussed--including gun availability, violence-related media influence, family and caretaker factors, and effects of teasing and bullying--the intention is to highlight new thinking on the potential relationship between boys' traditional masculine socialization experiences and violence. In this new perspective, traditional masculine socialization estranges and isolates many boys from their genuine inner lives and vital connections to others, which is theorized to heighten their risk of engaging in acts of violence. The authors identify school and community programs that may be helpful in counteracting damaging socialization experiences and supporting boys' healthier emotional and psychological development. Finally, the article discusses approaches that psychologists and other mental health professionals can use to help address this vital issue. 简述江西省抚河流域的概况、水生态环境的现状及存在的问题.包括淤泥的堆积、水土的流失、水污染、沿岸圩堤的防洪标准普遍偏低等.并对这些问题提出了流域水生态环境恢复的目标,针对抚河流域水生态环境的恢复目标提出了水权分配、水土保持治理、水工程治理、水质治理等方面的一系列初步的措施与建议.
